The Pyramid Director product line is a complete suite of commercially mainstream, technically advanced, and field proven server/PC (Windows and Unix - QNX) based software products that are designed specifically to provide critical support to the end customer’s distribution center and supply chain operations:

Pyramid Director software products share common (standardized across the product line) features:

• Host(WMS, ERP Systems) network download and upload capabilities provide closed-loop host directed operations. Typical network protocols include Ethernet TCP/IP Sockets and FTP.
  
  All Pyramid Director products are available with host connectivity options including TCP/IP Sockets, FTP, ODBC, APPC/APPN LU 6.2, Terminal Emulation(Screen Scaraping), etc.
  
  Pyamid has successfully integrated with AS/400, IBM Mainframe, RS/6000, Windows Server, and other platforms.  Pyramid works "hand in hand" with its customers to fulfill their unique interface and networking requirements.
  
• WMS interface available for Manhattan(PkMS), EXE, Retek, Catalyst, SAP, etc.equipment control.
• Comprehensive distributed database management (Oracle, Sybase, MSQL, etc.).
• PLC real-time network interface capabilities to support data acquisition and material handling.  Typical networks include Ethernet TCP/IP and Allen-Bradley DH+.

Sort Manager provides real-time process supervision for package sorting (regardless of the type of sorting technology such as slat/shoe, tilt tray, cross belt, etc. or product/ID type to be handled such as parcel, carton, garment, pallet, etc.).

Key features include:

• Configurable sorting algorithms and databases to govern the sorting process based upon the end customer's requirements. 
• Automatic bar code scanning (or other forms of data acquisition available).
• Very robust and capable of handling any package sorting technology at any speed.  

Pyramid also offers two(2) PLC based control system products that, when used in conjunction with the Sort Manager, provide a complete and seamlessly integrated solution for high speed product induction and sortation:

Dock Manager provides real-time process supervision for package loading and shipment including manual and/or fluid loading dock applications.

Key features include:

• Bar code scanning.
• In-motion check-weighing.
• In-motion dimensioning.
• RF terminal support for non-conveyable (or other manual) loading activities.
• Configurable "go/no-go" algorithms and databases to govern the loading process based upon the end customer's requirements.

Label Manager is a turnkey automatic label print / apply system that is unparalleled in the industry relative to function, performance, scalability and serviceability.

• Compliance or end customer specific label designs (single or multiple).

• On-the-fly multiple label format support
• High throughput (multiple lines and multiple print/apply machines per line).

Facilities/HMI Manager is a color graphics based facilities management system that supports material handling equipment monitoring, alarming, messaging, dispatching, etc.

• Location independent freight tracking, tracing & query/reporting capability.
